Aristocrat Leisure Limited, an Australian-based online casino supplier, has revealed that Tracey Elkerton has been promoted to become a member of the ESC (Executive Steering Committee). She will report directly to Aristocrat's CEO, Trevor Croker.
Elkerton currently serves as the company's CCO (Chief Compliance Officer), overseeing the global regulatory and compliance functions at Aristocrat Gaming. She joins the ESC with almost 25 years of experience in the gaming compliance sector.
Since 2004, she has been a member of the company's Regulatory & Compliance Committee. Before joining the company, Elkerton held similar positions at Standard Chartered Bank Australia Limited and St George Bank Limited.
Following her appointment, Trevor Croker stated that Elkerton's inclusion in the company's ESC demonstrates Aristocrat's commitment to governance excellence and furthering a compliance-driven culture. The Aristocrat CEO further added that Elkerton's perspective would be invaluable to the organization in making decisions which are beneficial to the business and stakeholders, both in the short term and long term.
He concluded by saying: "Elkerton has almost 25 years of experience in gaming compliance and contributes deep regulatory and compliance expertise and a global perspective to Aristocrat. I look forward to her expanded contribution and congratulate Elkerton on her elevation."
It's important to note that Aristocrat has been undergoing managerial changes lately. In November 2022, the company appointed Sally Denby as the new CFO (Chief Financial Officer). Like Elkerton, Denby was promoted from the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
Aristocrat Gaming was also part of the concluded ICE London, where the company displayed a range of games that will hit the best online live casinos in 2023. Some of its much-anticipated products include Mo Mummy, 5 Dragons Ultra, Tian Ci Jin Lu, Ji Cai Hao Yun, and Mighty Cash Ultra.
